Music Producers Timothy Trieste and Shann Bailey
Sound of the Muse is led by Ottawa-Toronto artist development and music producers Timothy Trieste (songwriter, musician, studio engineer and media producer) and by Shann Bailey (singer, musician, vocal arranger and vocal coach.)
Trieste and Bailey specialize in designing successful artist development programs for both experienced and emerging artists, through a wide range of in-studio programs and resources which can assist aspiring artists to take their talents to another level. Sound of the Muse Artist Development programs have graduated some 250 singers, musicians, songwriters and recording artists across Ontario since 2003.
Sound of the Muse Records is also a vehicle for the production and distribution of music and visual media composed, performed and produced by Timothy Trieste (Timothy Feher SOCAN) with vocal performances and vocal production from Shann Bailey. The duo appear on a number of Canadian recordings in a variety of genres, including the albums released on Sound of the Muse Records for their bands - The Life of Pearls and SleepWalk Plaza.
The duo received the juried 2021 City of Ottawa Arts and Culture award for The Life of Pearls album entitled "Into The Beautiful Blue."
